Hello, I’m Amanda, the creator behind Sensory Play Classroom! I’m an Early Childhood Educator with years of hands-on experience working alongside curious young learners.
Through running my own daycare, I’ve witnessed the powerful impact of sensory play. Simple moments of pouring, scooping, squishing, and exploring textures consistently support children’s focus, emotional regulation, language development, problem-solving skills, and creativity. These experiences are not only engaging,but essential to early learning.
This firsthand experience inspired the creation of Sensory Play Classroom.
Each sensory kit, themed material, and hands-on learning tool is thoughtfully designed using real experiences, child development principles, and a deep understanding of how children learn best through play. These are the same materials I use daily in my own program, and now carefully curated to share with you!
Whether used at home, in early learning environments, or in other educational settings, my hope is that these resources inspire joyful exploration and meaningful learning.
